What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply meditative relaxation experience, where instruments such as chimes, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and rhythm instruments are played around and above your body, bathing the atmosphere with an ambience of gentle sounds. Corina draws upon the six healing vocal sounds from traditional Chinese medicine, helping participants feel the flow of stagnant chi, or life force energy.

Relax on a supported yoga mat and take a moment for yourself. This is your time to regulate your nervous system and induce a state of deep rest and relaxation.
