Fee: $20 Time: 5.30 Am- 6.30 PM Please read the following carefully before you proceed to book a sound bath. What is a sound healing session? A sound healing session is for those seeking rest & relaxation. Gentle multi-instrumental sounds wash over & around the body. Lay back on a yoga mat with supportive props & allow the nervous system to drop into a state that may promote self-healing. What to expect? A common result is a deep state of rest & relaxation. Note* When NOT to have a sound healing. Contraindications for a sound healing are: Implants or metal plates in the body Sound-induced epilepsy A history of seizure Cardiac arrythmia Tinnitus The first or third trimester of pregnancy. Notify us of your pregnancy & check with your G.P first that its safe for you. Cardiac or brain implants Non-sound induced epilepsy. Serious mental health challenges If you have any of the above or any other medical conditions please check with your medical professional, G.P that a sound bath will be safe for you. Note* A sound bath is a complimentary therapy only & does not replace a professional counsellor or G.P By going ahead & booking you agree to adhere to the advice of your medical professional while receiving permission that a sound bath is safe for you and that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel your booking. Please contact me asap, & I will aim to be helpful. Unattended bookings will forfeit, in full, paid booking fees.
